BLACKPINK made their debut in Korea on August 8, 2016, and they are now approaching their 7th anniversary. In the global luxury brand fashion industry, BLACKPINK enjoys an exceptional status. They have each become global ambassadors for a brand, marking the first time this has happened in the world. Moreover, all the BLACKPINK members have successful solo careers and have achieved remarkable success in their individual endeavors.

 

 

 

BLACKPINK is a multinational idol group consisting of four talented members: Jisoo and Jennie from Korea, Rosé from Korea and New Zealand, and Lisa from Thailand. BLACKPINK's music encompasses a diverse range of genres, influenced by the hip-hop style pursued by YG Entertainment. Their musical style not only resonates with their fans but also appeals to the broader public. Furthermore, their songs, produced in collaboration with prominent producers, receive high acclaim for their exceptional musical quality.

 

As mentioned earlier, BLACKPINK's music is characterized by a captivating contrast between the dark, edgy concept of hip-hop (symbolized by "black") and the bright, cute, and lovely dance and pop elements (symbolized by "pink"). This unique fusion contributes to the group's distinct appeal.

Now, let's delve into BLACKPINK's 'BORN PINK WORLD TOUR,' which is capturing tremendous attention worldwide with its record-breaking viewership. This world tour marks their final journey before renewing their contract with YG Entertainment and stands as the largest-ever tour by a K-pop girl group, expected to attract 1.5 million viewers.

 

 

The world tour spans across 23 countries, commencing with the first concert in Korea on October 15, 2022. The tour will continue until August 26, 2023, with upcoming concerts scheduled in Vietnam on the 29th and 30th of July, followed by performances in the United States in August.
